Parents in School

Alfreton Park - Case Study - Jessie Spray 003We welcome parents into our school.

Parents, family and friends are invited to help in school – please let your child’s teacher know if you are interested. You could help on a regular basis or be available for class trips.

Parent evenings are held in the Autumn and Summer terms, and we also have coffee mornings.

If you wish to see your child’s teacher please feel free to come into school. It would help if you could phone first so that we can arrange for your child’s lessons to continue.

Please feel free to telephone your child’s class staff – a message will be taken and we will ring back during a break in lessons.

Alfreton Park - Case Study - Daniel Bentley-Richards 003Diaries are sent home regularly, please write comments or sign and date the books after you have read them. We like to know what your child has done at the weekend and use the book as a means of regular communication.

Each class sends home occasional newsletters and a written report will be supplied each year at the time of the Annual Review.
